Islam as a religion has an important role in human life because Islam pays attention to all aspects of life, both individual and social. Islam is governed by comprehensive and realistic laws including in the fields of business and finance. Therefore, it is important to ensure that business and financial practices are carried out in accordance with sharia principles, fair, honest, transparent, ethical. In the practice of buying and selling, the concept of muamalah becomes important, which demands respect for the rights of all parties involved in the transaction. Both buyers, sellers and other parties. In this case, the practice of buying and selling must meet the requirements and pillars of buying and selling and be carried out fairly by all parties whose transactions do not harm one party and pay attention to equality and mutual benefit. Although there are still a few transactions that are not in accordance with sharia and muamalah principles, it is important to ensure that business transactions are carried out with sharia economic principles to achieve fair, ethical goals and provide benefits for all parties involved. This study was conducted with the aim of determining the review of muamalah jurisprudence on buying and selling practices in the Minhajul Muna Ngrayun Islamic boarding school cooperative. The object of the study was all components in the Minhajul Muna Ngrayun Islamic boarding school cooperative, data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data collected related to buying and selling practices in the Minhajul Muna Ngrayun Islamic boarding school cooperative were analyzed qualitatively. The results of this study, the Review of muamalah jurisprudence on buying and selling practices in the Minhajul Muna Islamic boarding school cooperative, show that businesses that prioritize Islamic values such as honesty, justice and transparency. The application of Islamic values in the santri cooperative business increases trust and reputation in the eyes of customers. The cooperative business of the Minhajul Muna Islamic boarding school students is in accordance with Islamic law.
